Worsted weight yarn 
Fun fur yarn (optional) 
Size 3-4 needles 
Darning needle for finishing 
Scrap yarn, fabric or cotton balls for stuffing 
Catnip (I use the Cosmic Catnip.. It's really potent!) 


Holding yarn and fun fur together, CO 25 & knit in stockinet until the
piece is square (about 30 rows) bind off. Fold diagonally (so it looks
like a triangle) and sew one side shut. Stuff with a couple cotton
balls or scraps and at least a Tablespoon of the catnip. Sew remaining
side shut. Then tack the two corners together (so it looks like a
fortune cookie) and weave in ends.
